About the church.

We believe that God wants us to worship him with our whole lives. God has shown us who he is perfectly through the person of Jesus Christ, his Son, who is now at work in the world through the Holy Spirit. We, as Christians, can know him in a personal way and experience his life-giving presence and power in our lives. Our love for him is shown as we willingly obey what he has commanded us to do.

We aim to hold together in balance five purposes as a church:
Worship - Loving God and being passionate for him and his ways
Fellowship - Sharing our lives together as Christians and supporting and encouraging each other
Discipleship - Becoming more like Jesus in our character and actions
Ministry - Serving one another with the gifts God has given us
Mission - Sharing God's love with those who don't yet know him

These five purposes are worked out in a variety of ways. We believe strongly in the value of small groups meeting together and so we have a weekly programme of 'life groups' meeting on different days and at different times. We also have a number of weekly activities for all ages.
