Setting out rota: - It has been decided that the setting out of the chairs will not be done until 09:45 before the service. Twice a month the Tollesby team and Stuart and Jean’s life group will serve in the rota.

Tuesdays - *Tollesby Kids Club at the Trading Post*- 4pm - 6pm.
For children between 5-11 years from Tollesby Bridge and the church family
This is a weekly event.
KUDOS. Sunday Evenings In the King's Academy 6th form common room at 6.30pm.
Freedom in Christ: - Restarts this week, there is also an Away day on Saturday 18th September at White Gables, Swainby – see Francy or Sarah for more details.

Tollesby Bridge Missional Community: - Our group meets on a Monday afternoon at the Trading Post (1-2.30pm). We run in a similar way to a Life Group but have a particular Missional focus on reaching out to the community around Tollesby Bridge. If you are not already in a “Life Group” and are available on a Monday afternoon then please come along and give us a try. As there are quite a number of people in the fellowship who would like to be involved in the Tollesby Bridge outreach work we are going to have one Monday a month as a prayer and planning meeting, open to anyone in the fellowship who is interested.

Stephen, Leah and Pearl have moved into the manse and Stephen has now officially started his ministry with us. Please welcome them and continue to pray for them as they settle in and seek God’s will amongst us.

We’re continuing as before with having Friday and Saturday as the minister’s days off – please contact Wendy, Karl, John or Francy for church business as needed on those days.
· There are 2 special services as Stephen starts his ministry :-
1. Ordination service – Saturday 25th September, 2pm at Altrincham Baptist church, Manchester. All welcome but Stephen and Leah realise it’s a long way! If you’d like to go, please let Stephen or Wendy know.
2. Induction service – Saturday 2nd October, 2pm at Langdon Square – where we will welcome him officially as our new minister, followed by refreshments
